职位描述
Job description
1. Formulate regional sales strategy as per the group’s business development strategy.
2. Check and analyze the marketing environment, goals, plans and business activities regularly , adjust the sales strategy in time and formulate corrective and preventive measures to assure the sales goals.
3. Decompose the annual sales target and budget, change and control them effectively according to the market and company situations.
4. Visit the important customers regularly or irregularly, know the customer’s needs and solve their problems.
5. Lead the team to maintain the current customers and expand the new customer base.
6. Take part in negotiating and signing some important sales contracts.
7. Lead the team to monitor, analyze and report the competitor’s sales activities, channels and product developments.
8. Formulate or revise the sales working procedure and regulations. Be effective after approval.
9. Other temporary jobs.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years sales management experiences in construction or agriculture vehicles;
3. Strong project management experience;
4. be good at communication, organization management and market planning.
4. Strong ability in market research, analysis and forecast, good management ability
5. Fluent English both spoken and written
