职位描述
General Function:
1. The Technical Service Territorial Coordinator has the responsibility to offer timely reliable and courteous assistance to customers, both internal and external.
2. To provide customers with good understanding of safety, operation and maintenance requirements regarding the use of our machinery and components.
3. 3Provide customers with OEM service support in the field (possible worldwide) as required to service, operate, maintain or install and commission our machinery, kits and or components.
4. Provide direct manpower assistance to the customers of their assigned territory on a paid or courtesy basis. This is not limited to the territory as other assignments for any location may be required.
5. When unable to provide personal attention, the person must coordinate required resources from the corporate.
6. Site Coordination and Project Management in the customer’s facility regarding new product testing.
7. Provide oral or written reports to the company engineering regarding data required from new product development.
8. Provide weekly and monthly written reports to the Manager of Technical Services regarding personal activities to also include customer significant items, industry news etc.
9. Provide business plans for Territorial service/ sales development.
10. Reports To: Sales Director, China； Manager of Technical Service, in USA
Requirements:
1. Performing Electrical & Mechanical Service including, but not limited to, installation, training and troubleshooting on all our equipment.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement through quality system
3. Submit reports to the appropriate staff managers regarding significant occurrences and or trends or transitions in the customer environment.
4. Provide machine audits and record all related data in the appropriate departmental log.
5. Provide appropriate technical and expense reports.
