The Client is a renowned Hong Kong based developer with multiple property development projects in Hong Kong, PRC and Asia. They are now looking for a number of Project Managers (E&M) to take care of various projects in Hong Kong and China.

Responsibility
As Project Manager you will provide full range of support to management in overall monitoring and management of high-end property development projects, including design, administration, cost control and construction management. You are required to assist the liaison and collaboration with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives, particularly on building services and E&M works.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you have to be a degree holder in building services engineering or related discipline. You will have a minimum of 5 years working experience in real estate industry, property developers or consultants for China projects. You should have experience in design coordination and planning of large-scale prestigious hotels, offices, shopping malls, or residential properties. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua is preferred. Frequent travel or stationing in China will be required.
