1: 机械、电气、机电一体等相关工科专业本科以上学历。
2: 至少3年以上机械五金行业质量工程师经验或质量体系相关工作经验.
3: 熟悉相关质量控制手段及质量问题分析能力
4: 熟悉各类质量检测工具
5: 英语听说读写能力强
6: 办事沉稳、细致, 思维敏捷, 具有很强的分析能力以及问题解决能力; 较强的计划、组织、协调能力和人际交往能力，, 具备团队合作精神.

培训经历：
受过质量体系、数据统计分析等方面的培训。
职位描述:
工作内容：
1: 内部质量体系的完善及跟踪执行情形.
2: 参与供应商选择及评审 负责供应商质量控制，，协调、处理供应商供货质量问题，提出供应商改进方案，跟踪验证方案的执行情况及有效性。
3:处理客户的质量投诉及抱怨，组织分析原因，采取改进措施，回复客户质量改进报告, 及跟踪实际改进情形.
4.依据质量数据，分析并监控产品质量趋势，发现潜在的质量隐患，并在出现质量问题时及时处理，采取纠正预防措施。
5.负责组织召开质量分析例会。

With the purchase of Visible Inventory in 2005, PENCOM became the leader in the field of INVENTORY AUTOMATION. Now our customers no longer need to actively manage inventory, instead; Visible Inventory remotely monitors it. PENCOM’s “Manufactured globally, supplied locally” philosophy continues to provide customers with low cost global manufacturing and localized inventory.
