·Responsible coordinating with the GPLM / RPM and commercial team for product positioning, develop the connector & leadframe business at the key target customers

·Coordinate communication between the key global customers and various departments within Enthone (Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Technical Service, QA, Manufacturing).

·Develop new business opportunities for new technology & application in Connector & leadframe at the key customers, either with existing products or development programs.

· Develop and manage proactive programs that enhance the products supplied to the customer(s)

· Support Development of the marketing strategic plan, to grow the business for the product line in the region.

· Support the commercial director and sales team in collecting and compiling situational information related to the product markets (market size, growth rates, industry and technical trends, market share, competitor analysis, etc.) for inclusion in the annual strategic & tactical plan, as well as for use in day-to-day decision-making.

·Identify major customers & potential major customer for product line in the region., this will be used to establish key and target accounts

·Support the commercial director in coordination and development of Cost-of-Ownership Models, Value in use model, to supporting the value proposition of the product.

· Ensure appropriate levels of product experience and conduct product line training for the Sales Force and the Technical Service organization.

Coordinate the regional promotional efforts for the product line (product literature, technical papers, customer or regional seminars).

· Bachelor, Master degree in technical discipline (engineering/science).

·Work experience: 5-10 years of commercial / technical experience in connector & leadframe

(Gold, Silver, PdNi, tin and tin alloys plating experience)

·Good English writing and speaking skills

·Good presentation skill and product promotion skills

·Strong interpersonal skills, able to work and perform well in a matrix reporting structure.

·Able to prioritize projects and manage time spent on projects by departments.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills, for both English and mandarin.

·Ability to present compelling, technical presentations & conduct training

·Able to quickly develop realistic, effective, methodical, and comprehensive action plans, and executes tasks to completion.

·Self-starter. Strong initiative. Performs duties with positive enthusiasm. Driven to achieve agreed upon objectives, in time frame identified.

·Strong work ethic. Willing to commit necessary time to achieve objectives. Flexible to work early mornings, late nights, or weekends as dictated by the workload and opportunity.

·Habit of persevering to complete objectives on time, by overcoming obstacles with quality thought and execution.

Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Lotus Notes, and Excel software is required
