Role Summary/Purpose
This role is to drive operational excellence during ITO (Initial to Order) stage. The core value is to provide a strong support for Sale team to reach the set target, and to build up a solid & operation platform to support the business’ sustainable growth.

Essential Responsibilities
• Lead forecast review on potential pipelines and orders to drive business predictability;
• Drive conversions for pipelines and orders on day-to-day basis to ensure business commitment;
• Ensure tender compliance and improve the efficiency;
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score);
• Lead system implementation to drive transparency and efficiency in ITO stage (CRM, Siebel);
• Keep driving simplification by working cross-functionally to achieve continuous productivity;
• Facilitate and support commercial initiatives of Life Science;
• Lead the team to set up operational rigors to ensure a sustainable growth with clear measurement;

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above, bio-technology background preferred;
• 5+ years of working experience with at least 2 years in leader role;
• External focus with customer-oriented mindset;
• Being adaptive; Willing to take challenges and drive changes; Proven ability to deliver agreed result with strong execution power;
• Strong communication, facilitation & problem-solving skill; Excellent communication skill under different situation;
• Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus; Working experience in ITO, Operation, Customer Care or OTR related is a plus
