Position Summary
This role, based in Shanghai, will manages and leads a work teams to support operation applications and deliver projects for countries in Emerging markets region, sets and priorities objectives for your team member, and coaches and mentors staff. Further responsibilities include: assigns and reviews tasks, manages performance, and staffing requirements. Work with business team to understand requirements and delivery commitments, and uses strong project management skills to deliver a range of small to medium sized engagements, projects within scope, planned timelines, budget, margin, and quality specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary contact with business teams on ERP projects
Gain strong understanding of business needs and priorities
Drive the project business case and requirements definition phase
Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the IT standard and strategy
Manage related vendors, also internal teams, on project delivery including requirement analysis, system design, coding, QA, deployment and maintenance according to corporate standard process, SLA, KPI and best practices
Manage the project timeline, quality, budget and resources
Develop and maintain strong relationship with global development teams, IT teams and external vendors
Participate to daily support, including bug fixing and performance optimization as needed
Requirement, Skills and Competencies
Undergraduate university degree or above;
Excellent understanding of ERP solutions: requirements gathering and analysis, solutions architecture and development, as well as knowledge of best practices and processes
Professional experience in the area of web development and architecture
Experience working with the Microsoft .NET technologies and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience managing and leading several projects simultaneously.
Experience working within an outsourcing agency
Ability to build strong relationships
Problem solving and organization skills
Ability for languages: fluency in English and Chinese.
Able to travel overseas.
Can work alone and under pressure.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
People management experience a plus
