Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
• Be responsible for leading northern solution team to expand direct business and taking lead project opportunity by themselves
• Be responsible for business development in north-west and new segment’s opportunity include new account and new marketing.
• Focus on O&G and Chemical mainly, and keep sale growth both in existing business and new business as well
• Tracking and achieved quarterly company revenue target.
• Manage and develop system integrator and partner.
Qualifications/Requirements
• 10 years above relevant sales working experience in Industrial Automation, 2 years above in managerial position
• Have a Bachelor Degree in Automation, MBA preferred
• Must have a proven track record of achieving high sales results
• Passion and high level of energy
• Hands on in managing and result orientated
• Integrity, stable and honest
• No compromise on business ethics
• Also requires solid MS Office skills
