职位描述

Key Accountabilities:

Merchandise Management
To ensure timely delivery of merchandise and ensure consistent quality and quantity to store.
To monitor sell-through and stock level and take action to deal with their performance.
To clear aged stocks and balance stock level among Beijing store, outlet, HK.
To gather merchandises feedback and customers profiles for further buying reference. To be familiar with both local and overseas market situations and trends

Merchandising planning & Sales
To plan and forecast merchandise sales and buy plans based on historical data and strategies and plans for the future seasons
To assist in setting sales targets for promotions and special events
To produce analysis on sales and inventory and analyse the data, make appropriate recommendations based on data
To manage mark down process during sale period

Relationship Management
To work closely with Visual Merchandise, PR, Marketing and CRM to deliver the correct image to the end customer through the correct channels
To manage and develop the business relationship with local suppliers involved in their business category
To work closely with warehouse to maintain a timely delivery to stores
To demonstrate a desire to understand and communicate the latest trends and fashion to customers and staff
To provide accurate knowledge and information to sales staff for them to communicate with the customers
To train sales staff in all aspects of their merchandise including product knowledge and visual presentation
Others
To manage, train and supervise junior staff.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above;
At least 3 years relevant merchandising experience prefer luxury retailers;
Good practise in merchandise and logistics coordinating;
Excellent communication and being self initiative;
Good command of spoken and written English
