For Delivery Management China team within the Global Infrastructure & Operations APAC.
We are looking for Project Managers with excellent leadership skills to work within a global organisation, in the Infrastructure area, taking an end-to-end accountability for all I&O services to the customers, both one-time and run-time. To work on a number of Integration and migration Projects, to support Volvo's Growth plans in Region APAC.
Candidate should have at least 5 years documented experience as Project Manager in manufacturing environment, with solid knowledge and experience of leading multinational team to deliver projects in various fast-changing business environments. The candidate shall also be capable to work in a global environment with a complex stakeholder structure and frequent travel needs.
Qualifications/competencies:
University degree in IS/IT or similar experience
Experience in infrastructure operations and system development
Strong and proven Project Management skills, PROPS, PCM, RUP, PMI, IPMA or eq.
Structured, analytic and global mindset
Business and customer oriented
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience from multicultural environment
Creative, driven and positive attitude
Consultancy environment experience
Lead through Volvo ITs values: Respect, Professionalism and Spirit.
The Role will involve International travel, and the successful candidate must be prepared to spend significant time working with VIT Customers on their Sites.
