I ensure our guests are always in focus and strive to make them smile. I meet and serve our guests showing empathy and care. I take an active part in creating the IKEA store business plan and use the country business plan, based on Growing IKEA together and IKEA Food Direction & Strategy, as input. I also work with my matrix to ensure I understand how to work correctly with national and global priorities, as well as local needs, when developing it. I then work with my team to develop and implement a clear IKEA Food action plan which is followed up regularly.I co-operate with the Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) department and the Commercial Activity Leader/Local Marketing by actively contributing to and supporting all marketing and in-store activities. I do this by integrating the Swedish celebrations and yearly focus area into the store’s Commercial Calendar, including the activity range and communication packages.I work to maximise commerciality in order to grow sales as well as the conversion rate and average cheque. By doing this I increase profitability according to the goals in my area. To assist me I use the Functional Commercial Review and other appropriate tools.I create awareness of IKEA Food as the most important in-store marketing tool for maximising the IKEA store’s sales potential.
