Position: Operations Director -运营总监-美资橡胶化工行业
Working Location: Shandong Province, China

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

It is expected that the accountabilities described above will be achieved through leadership in the following areas:

· Implementation of improved planning processes, beginning with SIOP and extending through capacity planning, production scheduling, and material planning. This will entail working with global operations to deploy those standard processes locally through effective utilization of SAP
· Implementation of lean manufacturing (VBS) and Six Sigma process improvement tools to deliver step level change in productivity through equipment and process engineering improvements to increase throughput, eliminate bottlenecks, and enable fixed cost leveraging.
· Leverage our manufacturing and distribution footprint by effectively balancing capacity with demand to deliver finished goods with low cost and high quality levels.
· Providing effective leadership to the workshop managers through expert “know how” coaching as required.
· Drive annual cost-down activities such as material redesigns with Technology & Engineering
· Develop, recruit and retain a highly competent local operations and supply chain team focused on flawless execution, utilizing contemporary tools to achieve aggressive productivity and quality goals.
Minimum Qualifications:

· The successful candidate will have over 10 plus years of progressive operations and commercial experiences within multinational companies managing operations and commercial groups demonstrating improvement in cost productivity, quality, safety, and delivery.
· Management experience in rubber industry (preferred) or similar industrial products.

· Proven success in leading and driving change in joint venture environment while fostering a good working relationship with the partner
· Working understanding of key functions such as finance, sales, marketing, and Human Resources.
· BS in technical, operations or business. Master’s degree in technical or operations discipline a plus
· Hands-on experience in driving process improvement through utilization of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English
· Committed to work long hours and open to small town environment
