职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed agreed monthly KPM target for the assigned portfolio and accounts; and contribute to annual sales target as determined by the Sales management team. The KPMs would include sales revenue, active accounts and e-Commerce customers' adoption rate.
- Provide expertise and training to customer facing staff on RS e-business solutions i.e. PurchasingManagerTM and e-Procurement and best practices for opportunity identification and compliance activities
- Manage key stakeholders to drive sales growth through the adoption RS e-business solutions.
- Build relationships and Conduct regular review with the Country sales teams on the progress of account development, contact penetration, channel compliance and sales performance.
- Implement profitable e-commerce solutions and drive channel compliance in conjunction with sales teams
- Make regular field visits (60-80% of time) to promote, negotiate, implement and follow up on e-commerce opportunities
- Regularly communicate with other eCSs and APAC e-commerce team to discuss best practice and recognise/support cross border opportunities
- Respond to customer technical issues and training needs
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and procedural due diligence is carried out prior to implementations
Qualification:
? Degree in Marketing, Information Technology or Engineering
? 3-5 years B-to-B key account management selling experience (Note:e-solutions people tend to be more techie and less sales oriented.
? Sound business acumen and understanding of purchase to pay processes and total costs of acquisition (BNote: value proposition is different across roles and industries, so may be difficult to assess)
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
