Responsibilities

- Collect and update investment data and databases

- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery of data and related projects

- Manage relationships between Morningstar and funds, insurance companies and data venders

- Handle client requests and queries from external parties

- Review and implement quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy of our database and products

Requirements:

- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

- Proficient in updated computer software i.e. MS office (Excel, Word, Access etc)

- Experience in managing data collection and related operational projects will be preferable

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Attentive to details and quality oriented

- Interest/eagerness to learn the complex structure of numerous investment vehicles

- Immediate available is preferred.
