Job description

Identify, validate opportunities and ensure qualification of GTS Services, Managed Services and Infrastructure Solution(IS) for Global Technology Services(GTS). Hand over to Opportunity Owner(OO) team for future actions;

Generate sufficient rich pipeline with quality for the current quarter pipe coverage under the assigned cluster/territory;

Generate Achieve Rolling 4-quarter key opportunities pipeline within a Cluster/Territory;

Establish GTS thought leadership with CIO and IT Staff to preempt competitors in future significant opportunities competition Business Contributions;

Attain monthly and quarterly TCV target with balanced focus on large and small deals;

Attain quarterly revenue target;

Coach and assist OO Team to close deals;

Be accountable for large deal opportunities business development and ownership;

Represent GTS to participate Cluster/Territory Team’s SSL on interlocking action and key business metrics Solution Focus;

Understand client solution requirements. Address them with GTS solution to maximize our account or industry share;

Provide market insight and team with IBM Stakeholders (S&D, STG, SWG and GBS) as well as GTS brand team to create solutions for more GTS opportunities;

Drive pipeline, revenue and TCV of selected focus SPL solutions. Maximize downstream opportunities from Consultancy engagement. · Develop sales and demand generation programs to capture the customer’s solution opportunities Account Focus;

Build trust with CIO and senior IT staff to become their trusted Advisor;

Run key account “growth workshops” and “ account plan” with stakeholders( S&D and GTS Exec.);

Be the owner of Key Account on Account Service Plan;

Act as GTS partner to other Sales team;

Generate wins from new customers Required Skills;

Degree holder of any discipline;

At least with 8 years sales experience;

Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems;

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Able to work under pressure and willing to travel.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology;

At least 5 years experience in sales experience in Energy and Utility industry;

English: Fluent;

Chinese simplified: Fluent.
