For the haulage can be divided into three areas:
a. Truck management Everyday we need to check status of all trucks , for example: trucks damage, affect the operation or not ,and so on. If anything is found should make a plan, & arrange to repair when the truck is idle , avoid major problems affect the operation.

b. Personnel management, including drivers and haulage staff, be familiar with every driver's ability to work &drivers' the attitudes and ideas about work , and timely communication; reasonable arrangements for the haulage staff's work to ensure normal operation of the haulage
c. Transportation management Transportation management to do what we need most is to ensure that the main side of the boat when needed to provide adequate vehicle truck, so grasp the trucks, the dynamics of the most important, so that drivers who report to the state vehicle is necessary.

B. workshop 的工作主要是车辆修理，细化管理并分类建立电子档案以方便查询

a . 修理记录的输入，核对工时和配件使用情况

b . 设备保养计划和保养记录的制作

c . 油耗记录，根据车辆的运行路线，运输货物，以及司机情况逐步掌握高油耗的原因，以便解决。这部分工作正在初步阶段。

Main task workshop is vehicle repair, to classify management and establish the excel record in order to check
a. M/R records input, checking the working hours and spare parts usage
b. Make equipment maintenance plans and maintenance records
c. Fuel consumption records, according to the operation of vehicles, routes, loading cargo, and the drivers' status has gradually grasp the reasons for the high fuel consumption in order to solve. This work is a preliminary stage.

C. 其他工作

a. 每天的卡车工作情况报告 这部分的信息是由车队工作人员提供的

b. 司机和车队人员考勤，每天记录，25号汇报

a. Daily truck working record report this part information is provided by the haulage staff
b. Drivers and haulage staff attendance a daily record & report at 25 monthly

每天在工作过程中需要和当地工作人员交流

Communicate with local staff / people in daily basis
