Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the monthly financial statement preparation and related schedules for Shipping Agency and Logistics

· Performs cost control on disbursement accounts of shipping agency, logistics and coastal shipping line

· Prepares check, disbursement vouchers and journal vouchers with emphasis on accurate data entry

· Prepares revenue and cost analysis reports. Maintain accuracy and completeness of book of account

· Ensure compliance to government's regulatory requirements (permits, taxes, registration and etc)

· Provide accounting support to Liberia and other West Africa countries as and when required

· Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time

Job Requirements:

· Degree holder in Accounting. Qualified Accountant or CPA holder will be an advantage

· With 3-5 years relevant work experience in supervisor level, experience gained from shipping or logistics company is definitely an asset

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Proficient in MS office and computerised ERP system

· Able to work under pressure and extended work hours in multi-cultural environment

· Mature, independent, diligent with high integrity

· Willing to station in Ghana, West Africa for at least three years
