Training Manager



Responsibilities:

· To be responsible for overall implementation, execution and result management of trainee programs;

· Execution of trainee programs, including but not limited to: in-house lecture organization, spot training at the port/on board, overview of preparation for training materials, examination materials, testing arrangement, evaluation parameters etc., close monitoring of day-to-day training schedule of each module and general training administration;

· As a truant officer to ensure proper discipline of the trainees and as an counselor to take care of their concern or problem about the training and career development;

· Design and formulate training guideline and schedule for long term on-job language training (2 year) for the trainees, which is one important part of the trainee program;

· Support group training initiatives and projects as required


Requirements:

Degree holders with min. 5 years solid experience in training and development;
Experience in design and delivery of soft-skills and management training is preferred;
Excellent / Fluent in English and Mandarin;
· Background or experience in shipping industry is an added advantage but not a must;

· Willing to travel as necessary,based in HK or China.
