Requirements:
-pleasant personality -excellent command of both written % spoken English
-at least 2 years working experience in the customer service field
-strong in co-ordination skills
-capable of working independently
-willing to work under pressure

Main Responsilbility:
1.Receive and read job instruction for Manager, highlight special remarks and check for attachments
2.Check: The team's appearance, adequate tools, coordinate the arrival time of the team and material transport
3.Explain to the client the job schedule.
4.Assign experienced packers to handle luxury and fragile items
5.Sort out items go by SEA, AIR or into STORAGE
6.Monitor the weight and volume of the shipments
7.Advise office if additional work required (aparte form those already stated in job instruction),e.g hoisting, dumping, stair carrying, handyman service, etc.
8.Receive Feedback Form from client
9.Completed packing list/job report after packing
10.Return all completed documents/forms to warehouse
11.Invite client to see the loading, do not leave the jobsite without client's consent
12.Double check the jobsite again, make sure nothing (including all equipment) is left behind
