We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of HBCN Record Manager.

In this role, you will:

·The jobholder is responsible for directing the implementation of a local records management programme on behalf of all global businesses, global functions and HTS departments and leading the units in demonstrating compliance to group policy and standards.

·The jobholder, as part of the Knowledge Management Services (KMS) team will act as a liaison for Knowledge Management (KM) project implementation. The jobholder will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage the risks and costs involved in ensuring business records and knowledge are managed in accordance with global policy and all local legal and compliance requirements.

·The jobholder has an active role in driving operational efficiencies by identifying synergies across business lines and capitalising on opportunities in standardising records and KM procedures. The jobholder shall ensure success in the rollout of related Group technology and communications as guided by the global Records and Information Governance (RIG) /KMS teams.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state),. 3+ years’ working experience within related Industry;

·Good understanding/sense of local rules and regulations and internal guideline;

·Good responsibility and nice interpersonal;

·Good English and Chinese writing skills and communication skills;

·Responsive, positive, independent and be able to work under pressure. l
