Responsibilities

Inventory Control

* Review inventory situation on a weekly basis;

* Find solution for excessive inventory with product management team, retail team and franchise team; give recommendation for promotions to merchandising team and retail team;

* Manage and control inventory transfer between cities and stores if necessary;

* Stock situation analysis to management team;

* Analysis on sizes before and after order meeting; always make sure we are having right sizes for each category / fitting;

* Trouble shooting on any inventory related issue;

Financial Analysis

* Analyze financial statements to explain the performance of the entities and their financial situation;

* Provide detailed analysis for the management on the key business drivers of each entity;

* Provide comparison analysis of financial and operational data versus budget and prior year result, to support the management in implementing action plans and strategy, as well as meeting their budget targets;

* Provide specific analysis on key transactions to support the management in their decision-making process;

* Provide the analysis reports required by regional management and our Headquarters;

* Review budget/forecast/strategic plan of each subsidiary, and prepare comparison analysis report for management of company China and Headquarters;

* Provide specific financial analysis as required by the management, including investment analysis etc;

Requirements:

* More than 3 years of reporting and consolidation, or financial analysis work, or 5 years of work experience in finance/audit/accounting in foreign company;

* PRC GAAP knowledge & IFRS knowledge;

* Strong interpersonal and communications skills, good team player;

* Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment and under pressure with tight deadlines;

* Fluency in written and spoken English
