Property Management -- Marketing Manager
Job Duties:
1. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
2. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
3. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
4. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new project with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
5. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
6. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
8. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
9. Responsible for Director’s daily communication and cooperation with departments
10. Assist Director to arrange work schedule (e.g. meeting, minutes record and visitor)
11. Assist Director to smooth the relationship with departments
12. Responsible for documentation
13. Responsible for Ad-hot assignments
Skills/Qualifications: Other personal attributes include excellent communications skills, self-motivation, foreign language proficiency, prospecting skills, ability to ‘sell’ or ‘pitch’ to clients needs, strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.
1. 3-5 years Customer Service Manager or 2 years+ Director Assistant experience
2. Proven track record of closing new business in the real estate or hospitality sector
3. Strong sense of urgency to achieve personal and professional goals.
4. Able to speak and write business English well.
