JOB PURPOSE
Manage and coordinate industrial phase of new product development and lead manufacturing team to achieve targeted productivity in rmb/kg with HSE & quality compliance within budget or fixed objective, including manpower, Headcount , other & supplies expenses. Continuously improve product quality and reduce cost accordingly especially in strict control of non-quality items, re-work, non-conformity, waste & etc. Propose and implement a sustainable and high level organization, aligned with Company orientation (regulated & specialty markets) ;Actively participate and sustain the development of new products in BSSH , while insuring the required level of Quality and Safety in further operations of manufacturing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monthly productivity to meet the target under HSE, Quality & cost standard
? Making sure that employees work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures and work with HSE to provide training for employees in their work tasks to help reduce or eliminate the risk of workplace injuries.

Lead and coordinate industrial phase of new product development
? Coordinate with Project & R&D team to realize production of new product development and production process modification;
? Actively participate and sustain the development of new products in BSSH, while insuring the required level of Quality and Safety in further operations of manufacturing.
? Process control, improvement and optimization;
? Successful completion in industrial phase of new product development
? Stable process control in mass production
Propose and implement a sustainable and high level organization, aligned with Company orientation (regulated & specialty markets)
? Work with HR to set up training plan & PPS plan to maintain first line mgrs' qualification at stable & high level to ensure Company develop towards regulated & specialty markets;
? Coach and training operators to improve their skills & conscious
? Qualified and stable workshop leaders & process engineers(APD & Turnover rate)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF HSE, QUALITY, PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP
HSE and Product Stewardship:
? Promote the compliance with HSE inside department;
? Encouraging and emphasizing all staff involvement in safety activities;
? Follow up HSE instruction in daily production activities.
Quality:
? Promote to improve product quality by all means;
? Promote a good 5S and double check method, to reduce operation mistake and improve operation quality, therefore to improve product quality.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
? Bachelor of chemical, mechanic or engineering or above
Special knowledge/Skills:
? Familiar with Fine Chemical Batch production, good knowledge on related production & process.
? Lean manufacturing knowledge is a must, 6 sigma knowledge would be preferred.
? General Financial Knowledge on financial statement, costing & etc, possess knowledge on PP module of SAP system
? Good quality & cost conscious.
? Open-minded, problem solving skill, result-oriented
? Good communication skill and team leader skill
? Good English skill in both oral and written;
Related Experience:
? More than 10 years solid working experience in manufacturing area in chemical plant, more than 5 years working experience as management role in multinational manufacturing companies;
? Concept of TPM, 5S and ISO standard/TS standard
