1、Alloy / Carbon frame / components quality standard set up and production inspection

2、Quality control / Improvement plan ( Frame building / painting and QC system ) to suppliers

3、Pre-check the pilot run frame ( Components ) / photo shoot bike and find and solve potential quality issue before mass production.

4、Coordinate the quality issues between factories ; report and share the information to relative people in details ( Engineer / PM Team / Purchasing ).

5、Resolve and the corrective action plan to the problem feedback from customer / in the field and create SCAR.

6、Set up manufacturing process auditing schedule at vendor then send out report, make sure the factory is follow up the SOP.

7、Assist other category team member for mechanical / Technical during FAI / daily production frame and solve the problems from supplier, Each issue case needs to look back to find out the root cause, provide or request the corrective action plan from the supplier.

8、Support and help to set up the best QA system to suppliers ( FEMA / 6 Sigma / 8D corrective plan / IQC / TQC / TQM / TQP….)
