This candidate will be responsible to manage the Boards and Systems outsource manufacturing at Intel outsource factories. His/Her primary focus will be Intel's EPSD/Server Mfg/Process/Test Engineering as well as other emerging business in Southern China (Eg. Intel Media, PerC etc). The job function includes working with Intel Business Units and ODMs to define and build technology and manufacturing capability ahead of product roadmap requirements, define and establish quality systems, process flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for robust boards and systems products mfg, select and develop material and equipment for the process to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity and manufacturability requirements. This candidate also need to lead the engineering effort to fully characterize the assembly process from development cycle to ensure processes deployed to outsource factories are stable, capable and scalable. The candidate needs to possess excellent technical problem solving skills to develop solutions to problems utilizing his/her engineering and statistical knowledge, establishes process control systems for high volume manufacturing. This candidate is also responsible for new factory startup as well as install and qualification of the new production lines or equipment's.



Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline with minimum of 5 years of hands on experiences in PCBA/Systems assembly field in either process engineering, low yield analysis or failure analysis. Additional qualifications include:
- Demonstrate capabilities in resolving PCBA/Systems assembly technical issues.
- Experiences in driving PCBA/Systems yield improvements.
- Knowledge in semiconductor component packaging, PCBA and material technologies which helps in complex, high mixed, high value and low volume manufacturing of PCBA boards.
- Ability to articulate manufacturing defects clearly to internal and external parties independently to resolve technical problems at outsource factories.
- Flexible in work and are willing to travel to outsource factories when needed to provide onsite engineering support.
-Demonstrated good team work and good communication skills across multi-geographies from various functional groups.
