职位描述

Talent Acquisition Partner (for candidate sourcing) (1 year contractor)
Location: No.99, Xianxia Rd., Shanghai

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Partner with HR and Hiring Leaders to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process management
2. Based on the confirmed position profiles and postings that are thorough and attractive to potential candidates
3. Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidate tracking and status updates in the Hiring Management System, Hodes iQ
4. Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
5. Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.)
6. Conduct in person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview feedback session; provide follow up on interview as necessary
7. Partner closely with HR and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process including: offer formulation, recommendation, and approval process; extension of verbal offer; offer acceptance and new hire start process
8. Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
9. Continuously improve centralized Talent Acquisition process to meet the needs of the Territory; maintain and support regular candidate activity and status reports
10. Proactively participate the TA project if necessary
11. According to TA KPI to deliver the TA result
12. Be trusted TA advisor to provide the TA consultancy to Hiring Managers and HR partners
13. Be familiar with the job market and talent market to provide the TA consultancy to Hiring Managers and HR partners to be the trusted TA advisor

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required
2. A minimum of 5 years in recruiting or related field; large industrial manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organization preferred
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin
4. Customer oriented mind set
5. A combination of direct hire search experience with a third-party recruiter and corporate recruiting experience is preferred
6. Demonstrated capability in providing candidate assessments and conducting in person interviews is required
7. Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
8. Must have direct experience in utilizing Hiring Management Systems
9. Excellent collaboration and relationship / rapport building skills are required
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written in bilingual language) are a must
11. Strong work ethic is a must
12. Energetic, self- motivate with resilience
