ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Works on an equipment repair operation by routinely performs fault finding and diagnostic analysis in the repair and calibration of Beta LaserMike Measurement Instrumentation and Control Systems

? Requires frequent customer communication (verbal and written) providing highly professional service and support – includes the creation of service reports, database organization, etc. Travel to customer’s site to provide urgent on-site customer support and equipment repair, equipment calibrations and equipment commissioning

Familiarity and use of electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and various information databases are required to support the customer, and the organizing of repair quotations

? Works in a fast paced environment and relies on expert organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and time management having strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills – includes frequent interaction with engineering, manufacturing, sales

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

? A bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Automation/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Integration.
? 2-3 years experience preferred.
? Candidates must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
? Candidates must have proven experience in troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
? Candidates must be able to adapt frequent travelling and work under high pressure.
? Must have experience with both digital and analog circuits.
? Component identification skills, experience with computers and test equipment, and the ability to read blue prints/schematics required.
? Positive attitude and being able to work with limited supervision is also a must.
