Location: Beijing, Beijing, China

Responsibilities:


1. Provision of top quartile Application Support for China Retail solutions (POS,BOS,HOS,SUN ERP,Fleet) and infrastructure by working with JV IT and third party suppliers,to service levels agreed with the Shell Business and JV
2. Contribute to service management for the area of responsibility (management of SLA,facilitating SLA reviews,management of contracts for licenses and maintenance) together with JV IT

3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business,processes,applications,information and data

4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure end to end delivery of service - strategic third party suppliers,legacy suppliers,software vendors,KAS partners,etc.

5. Drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve business KPI’s and add value

6. Interface with global Service Delivery & ITSO teams to implement changes into production

7. Manage application support for code,configuration,and data incidents

8. Engage with Business Interface,business stakeholders (Shell & JV) to discuss requests and analyze business requirements
9. Work on assigned projects,discretionary & operational items – include requirements documentation,solution design,solution testing,solution deployment planning and execution

Requirements:


1. Knowledge of Retail business and site operations processes
2. Sound knowledge of Retail application landscape ranging from site systems, payment systems, SAP/ERP and Fleet
3. Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail IT applications and service delivery
4. Business Process Analysis/Re-engineering/Mapping, Business Requirements Analysis, Data Modeling, technical/functional design and all phases of testing
5. Good facilitation skills, strong communication / influencing / negotiation / presentation skills at all levels of the Business and IT hierarchy
6. Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
7. Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization
8. Must have strong analytical aptitude and be able to analyze complex problems / requirements and be able to define functionally advanced IT solutions
9. Must have a process oriented aptitude
10. Team player, works effectively with all levels in organization of business and IT
11. Positive attitude, committed to achieving deadlines and results with a demonstrable track record of delivery against targets
12. Fluency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is mandatory
13. Proficient in English (Business English as a minimum requirement)
