Task：
1.Fixtures/tools management, list all fixtures used in PMFT and analyze improve possibility.
2.Localize advanced fixtures for housing which introduced from German to reduce cost
3.Prepare related information for new project, for example ,3D model of fixtures and tools;
4.Optimize fixtures for steel parts to reduce change over time and assistant time to increase productivity; Transfer the sense of advanced fixtures to related engineers.
5.Giving full support and idea to the superior for new projects.
6.3i /5S/ SPS project support
7.Necessary training to operators on fixtures issue.

Knowledge & Experience
1.Technologies Familiar with MS-Office, software , especially skillful at data processing and Auto CAD;
2.Good English communication skill ; CET 6 is preferred
3.At least 3 years working experience in production technology , clamping system experience is prerequisite
4.Mechanical, automation or related engineering major.
