职位描述
Major Duties:
1. Manages the implementation of a project or a specific portion of a project for a program using Enterprise Product Delivery Process to ensure that the product program goals are met. Has limited responsibility outside the functional area.
2. Leads in resolution of product-line based difficult technical issues whether within the company or with outside suppliers.
3. Exchanges necessary information with other functional groups.
4. Provides leadership and counsel to less experienced employees.
5. Performs administrative duties related to performance management, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
6. Develops, tracks and meets capital and expense budget for area of responsibility.
Qualification:
1. Drivetrain engineering team management experience in product development or continue improvement team.
2. Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Development Process and/or Customer Acquisitions Process. Fundamental understanding of machine forms relevant to the specific job assignment and Company division/unit.
3. Knowledge of industry Product Verification & Validation processes and execution methodologies.
4. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge which drive train area related.
Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge on vehicle forms relevant to the specific job assignment and drive train components manufacturing.
Good English skill in listening, oral and writing.
Relevant Work Experiences:
1. Product engineering management experience. - more than 3 year
2. Product design experience, test and/or analysis experience. – more than 7 - 10 years
3. Working experience with oversea team or individual contributor
