SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES/详细工作职责:
1. Record and study the Make cost effective delivery plan and arrange delivery eg. for ISO tank, IBC tank and small package product and so on by coordinating customer, production, quality and 3rd party logistic supplier.
2. Facilitate, negotiate and manage performance of contractors to achieve on time delivery and low cost
3. Provide small package solution and small package warehouse management.
4. Supervise and guild warehouse operation and performance. Ensures the accuracies of inventories, initiates corrective action to improve or eliminate the problem and teaches department employees inventory procedures.
5. Ensures the safety of all personnel through compliance with occupational safety and health regulations as well as plant policies, procedures and safety values.
6. Direct, lead and coach employees with an attitude that accidents are preventable, attend and participate in safety meeting and supervisor’s meeting.
7. Recognizes environmental, safety, and GMP hazards/standards and takes actions to insure the hazards are eliminated so as not to affect employee safety, product quality and environmental purity.
8. Analyzes department accidents by preparing and completing Accident Investigation within 24 hours of incident. Authorizes improvements to prevent reoccurrence of accident.
9. Maintains discipline within the department, works to insure adequate staffing and provides positive reinforcement when employees are observed producing good results and safe performance.
10. Listens to and addresses employee suggestions and concerns about safety, health, environment, policies, procedures and housekeeping. Works to create, change, improve and follow SOP’s.
11. Completes monthly report of Key Measurements to ensure proper attention to detail and track progress.
12. Maintains good communications and morale.
13. Conduct import and export for international business when necessary
14. May perform reasonably similar or related job duties as required.
