job description:
facilities administration and property management:
To oversee, monitor and administer SDC facilities operations and activities; and, coordinate, supervise and lead programs that will provide safe and secure environment, excellent housekeeping, effective preventive maintenance, and cost effective use of resources, in order to ensure prolonged life span of the center facilities and equipment, maximize value and return on investment of the company, control costs, avoid environmental risks, and continuously gain patrons for the center.
center sales performance:
To study, review and participate in programs that will improve and maximize profitability of SDC in order to attain management's profit expectations.
marketing initiatives:
To administer and promote SDC in general and collaborate with other key marketing functions thereby encouraging organizers to host events and activities within the center facility, improve building-up of customer interest, and increase utilization of center, in order to attract mall patrons or customers that will boost traffic, sales and support the center profitability.
administrative management:
To demonstrate and exercise good leadership in order to ensure that all teams within the center focuses on the same goal; as such, the Operations Manager plans, supervises, controls and leads in the over-all affairs of the center by way of designing programs and activities, coordinating and finalizing annual plans and budgets, organizing interdepartmental actions and relationships, and creating strong harmonious relationships.
human resource management:
Disseminate information, provide reporting and feedback mechanisms in order to create a well informed workforce, ensure proper implementation of house rules and regulations, proper orientation and training of new hires and development of line and staff subordinates, effective monitoring of performance of employees, agency staff and support groups.

1.负责并监管SDC及设备的正常运行;
2.保证活动场地的安全,保持活动场地的整洁;
3.定期对设备进行维护保养,以延长设备的使用寿命;
