- 提供された資料をもとにProcess(※)のFIT&GAPを実施する。
- WBSでの進捗管理
- Projectの現状調査
※Processの候補: Incident Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Config. Mgmt, Service Level Management

工作要求

- ITIL Foundationの資格をお持ちでない場合は、同等の知識を所持していると客観的に証明できることが必要です。

- 日本語能力試験　N1程度: 幅広い場面で使われる日本語を理解することができる。
