BASIC FUNCTION:
The delivery manager is responsible for the Consumer Bank Digital Banking project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in delivering E2E solution for both online banking and mobile banking projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage a few dev teams and liaise with business analysts on project requirements
2. Mentor team members in design, coding, testing and dev processes
3. Conduct high level design and control code quality
4. Ensure the project is delivered in time and within budget
5. Ability to work in fast paced environment
6. Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures
7. Ability to manage the stakeholders expectation
8. Ability to manage the dev cost centers forecast/actual, and meet the financial expectation from the company


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 10 years development experience and 5 years in leadership role
2. Understanding of latest trends and best practices in software development
3. In-depth knowledge of J2EE tech stacks and related server technologies e.g. Websphere, JBoss, MQ, Oracle, DB2
4. Knowledge of source code control systems, integrated development environments and test framework.
5. Experience in analysis and design of complex software systems.
6. Excellent multitasking and problem solving skills
7. Excellent communication skills in English
