岗位职责：
1、管理供应商资源，对材料供应商进行考察和评定，建立相应材料供应商名册和信息库，收集和整理材料供应商档案；
2、对新开项目土建及装饰标准审核，组织各项目关键施工类、货物类（材料设备）、服务类（监理等）供应商的集中采购，控制成本、质量与供应时间，保障项目正常运行；
3、负责制定项目合约策划，工程类和材料、设备类合同管理，组织及主责具体工程招标、合同谈判，参与成本目标管理及动态成本控制；
4、组织工程招投标及合同的起草、签订工作；
5、参与招标的策划、清单的整理及审核、回标文件的分析、议标并最终完成回标报告。

岗位要求：
1、工程造价等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上土建造价工作经历，其中至少要有2年及以上的著名房地产企业或造价顾问单位工作经验。
