Mission
Your mission as CTD Product Manager is to accelerate the growth process at a sustained and increasing profitability level for the CTD product lines produced in China, by developing and implementing new product offers and new sales concepts with the focus on creating customer value.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the divisional targets of NIS, profit, market share and customer share are met.
The Product Managers' role includes but is not limited to the following duties:
·Take ownership of the product lines of CTD produced in China
·Responsible for master specification for existing and new products from China
·Actively participate in the formulation and deployment of CTD growth strategies in East Asia while securing compliance with the overall CTD strategy
·Be in charge of the development and Marketing of the product portfolio for CTD in East Asia, safeguarding competitiveness while exploring and exploiting synergies with the other Product Lines within the Division.
·Continuous analysis of the region changing trends to ensure products meet market requirements.
·Develop and implement marketing plans and provide continuous marketing support to the Customer Centers and Dealers.
·Work in close cooperation with the colleagues in the division to develop business solutions that will ensure customer satisfaction.
·Initiate measures for product cost containment and cost reduction together with D&D, Purchasing and the Distribution Centers.
·Make sure that the divisional targets in terms of sales, consolidated profitability, product positioning, market shares and customer satisfaction are continuously met.
·Develop and implement marketing plans to promote and accelerate sales for the product line to the different markets within the region.
·Continuously communication with the regional Customer Centers and Dealers to ensure that there is a clear and homogeneous understanding of existing tools and product offerings
·Responsible for internal/external product training
·Coordinate with key functions in the product company such as logistics and production to secure an efficient delivery performance.
·Produce marketing and communication material with the support of the communication department and mutually coordinate new product launches
·Other tasks assigned by superior.
Experience requirements
Minimum 5 years related working experience on similar roles in multinational manufacturing companies.
Knowledge
1. Good command of spoken and written English;
2. Profound knowledge of construction equipment and related markets situation;
3. Extensive knowledge and experience of marketing related activities;
4. Experience of working in projects and proven ability to lead projects.
Educational requirements
At least university degree in engineering.
