Mission
-Your mission is to further grow and develop communications and branding in line with the outlined CTD strategy to become First in Mind - First in Choice in East Asia
-With the input from the VP Business Development East Asia and Divisional Communication Manager plan, create and maintain a yearly Activity Communications Plan including target groups, goals, follow up/measure process and budget.
-To continuously develop and improve the internal and external communications processes and structures in the CTD East Asia , in close cooperation with the global communication structures and processes.
-Work closely with and support the VP Business Development in media relations, press releases etc.
-To be responsible for production and maintenance of sales related material such as leaflets, brochures, local web and power point presentations etc. Excluding product specific content which is owned by the Product Manager!
Job description
1.Brand and Message
Safeguard and plan visual identity introduction for East Asia - mainly China. Make sure the visual identity guidelines are closely followed in East Asia. The sales message should be consistent and aligned with the global CTD message.
2.Media/press/case stories
Create press releases and adverts and supply them to the media, covering the major part of East Asia. Work closely with customer centres in order to coordinate the media plans and media coverage. Local media should be handled by each Customer Center.
Coordinate case stories such as job site stories, customer success stories and etc. Local stories should be supplied by CC:s communication, and used at local webpages, sent to local media etc.
Sales material and distribution process
Use the existing sales material (brochures, leaflets etc) and localise for the East Asia markets, closely following the graphic guidelines. Work closely with those markets needing their own material, safeguarding the CTD message
Set up a distribution process to make sure CC:s, distributors and sales team reach the sales material in an easy and structured way.
3.Web
Supply input to the global webpage bi-monthly. (Such as case stories)
Make sure product managers know how to upload product information, which is their responsibility.
In coordination with CC:s, safeguard that the local web-pages are updated and “alive”.
Local CC:s are responsible for their own web site.
4.Product launches and campaigns
Coordinate product launches and campaigns on an East Asia region level. Sales material, adverts, press releases, agenda templates, product presentations, campaign kits, campaign plans etc. should be supplied.
5.Exhibitions
Lead the coordination regarding products, design and message for major exhibitions
Support local exhibitions when needed.
6.Training
To analyse and assess the needs for training and competence development for internal and external stakeholders of the CTD division.
To create a framework of processes and tools to support the implementation of the external training programs and internal competence development programs.
To review and to continuously develop the internal and external training and competence development program in line with the training needs. This will be done in close cooperation with the HR manager and department managers.
To align training and competence development material so that it has the same look and feel and reflects the values of the brand. The content of the trainings are created by each responsible manager with support from you.
7.Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Educational requirements
Bachelor degree with related experience
Knowledge and basic skills
1 Good command of English and Mandarin;
2 Good knowledge of related software eg: Photoshop, indesign,..etc
3 Strong in office software, including word, excel and PowerPoint.
4 Excellent presentation skills;
5 Well-organized in working, strong in time management
Experience requirements
1.Over 3 years’ experience in related field
