Position Description


Position Title: Spare Parts Order Specialist

General Function:

Spare Parts Order Specialist will work at Belvac Suzhou Distribution Center, with the main working responsibility as customer spare part order fulfillment; generally speaking, she/he will cover the specific work in daily operation of the whole order fulfillment cycle, from spare parts quotation, customer order acknowledging to payment receiving. So this position would be the contact window to the customers, meanwhile also would be the key coordinator taking in charge of daily stock replenishment planning based on the plenty of communication with Belvac US factory.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Work as the interface to customers for spare parts daily order business;
? Take in charge of RMB quoting for regular parts, spare parts order acknowledging;
? Contact with Belvac Headquarter in US to organize the parts replenish purchasing from Belvac US;
? Work with logistic colleague in Shanghai to track the import shipment logistic status and escalate the abnormal issues timely;
? Arrange the shipping schedule of customer orders and work with finance colleague to follow up customer payment process;
? Help the logistic team to get the necessary specification of the spare parts to process the Customs clearance;
? Support service team to track the warranty parts delivery status;
? Other tasks assigned by manager.


Principal Working Relationship: Finance, Logistic, Warehouse, Customers.

Reports To: Operation Manager, Belvac Suzhou Distribution Center

Coordinates activities with: Operation Manager;

Education: Bachelors Degree in any discipline, international trading business or logistics is preferred.

Experience:

? At least 3 years customer service, sales administration or logistics working experiences is requested.
? Good command in both writing & verbal English.
? Related knowledge of logistics or trading will be preferred.
? Skilled in operating Microsoft office efficiently.
? Familiar with operation in integrated ERP system, the experience of working in IFS & King Dee system is preferred.
