Primary Purposes of Position:
Day-to-day activities like PO creation, handling, dealing, and follow up delivery to meet user departments’ requirement. Perform the bidding process based on operations’ procedure, contact with suppliers and with support from purchasing manager to perform price negotiation to get cost reduction. Being the bridge between internal stakeholder and the vendor, to guarantee the ordered goods/service can be delivered in good quality and on time. Perform in SAP and provide relevant SAP reports.

Main Duties to be performed:
1. Based on user departments requirement to perform bidding process.
2. Price negotiation and quality confirmation.
3. Create PO in SAP and communicate with the vendor.
4. Order follow up for a timing and quality delivery.
5. Complaints management with internal stakeholders and suppliers
6. Keep and file all original purchasing documents.
7. Provide related SAP report and purchasing activities tracking report.

Specifics of Position:
1.1 Being familiar with SAP system and purchasing procedure, create PO.PO maintenance in case of any PR update or amount or price tolerance with invoice.
1.2 Price review and analysis the cost breakdown.
2.1 Follow up with the issued order to make sure a quality and on-time delivery.
2.2 For some urgent order, specially control the vender for an express delivery to support the requested department.
2.3 Contract management and raise down payment application to Finance according to contract payment terms
3.1 Handle the disputes during the purchasing according to the contract or purchasing orders, to guarantee the company’s interests as well as the suppliers’ interests.
3.2 Deal with the complaints to the vendor of requested department concerning either quality or services by communicating with the vendor for a solution.
4.1 Keep original PO and related purchasing documents like quotations for 2 years.
5.1 Provide related operation and management report from SAP.
6.1 Cost negotiation and achieve yearly cost reduction target.
7.1 Coordinate internally with related departments for suppliers performance review.

Requirements:
1.Education:
-Ideal: University
-Minimum: College
-Languages: English

2.Experience (Proficiency):
-Ideal: t least 2-3 years working experience in JV or pharmaceutical industry
-Minimum: 2 year working experience
