Responsibilities:

？Technical and Commercial Liaison between Customer and MFCS Royal Oak
？Identify and prioritized potential customers and vehicle applications
？Establish and maintain relationships with customer Purchasing and Engineering departments to facilitate product meetings
？Communicate, through verbal and written means, the technical advantages of MFCS Wheel Fastening product and capabilities to Customer Purchasing and Engineering departments
？Present, negotiate and document product quotes to Customer Purchasing
？Facilitate the timely and accurate exchange of product launch documentation, including Quality requirements, sample build material required dates and production ramp schedules.
？Provide onsite customer plant support for product launch and quality issues.
？Determines and reviews long-term plans with the production line Manager and General Manager to achieve objectives of the company and customers.
？May perform patent-related work as required.
？Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and guidelines
？Other duties may be assigned or required for this position
