Expected Areas of Responsibilities/工作职责
1. To assure that a Quality system management is implemented and maintained in the Distribution Centre, including:
保证质量系统在公司内部的具体实施，包括：
a. Maintenance of Quality System Documentation: procedures and records
组织制定，维护质量系统的文档：程序及记录
b. Company Policy/Directives/SOPs &WI assessment and implementation
BMS政策/指南/SOP及WI评估及实
c. GDP and Local regulations impact assessment and implementation
GDP及当地法规影响评估及实施。
2. Quality Unit activities definition
3. Material Quality status and batch release
物料状态及批放行。
4. Training of personnel: initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained, including product identification and avoidance of falsified
对人员的质量管理方面培训：初始培训及继续培训的实施与维护，包括产品识别和伪劣鉴定。
5. Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products. Mock recalls
及时的协调与实施对产品的召回。模拟产品召回。
6. Relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively
及时有效处理药品质量投诉。
7. System for suppliers and customers approval
对供货商及购货商的批准体系建立与维护。
8. Computerized system quality control function design and quality data set-up/update; access right approval.
负责计算机系统的质量控制功能的指导设定，质量管理基础数据的建立及更新；操作权限的审核。
9. Self-inspections performing at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged program and necessary corrective measures are put in place
定期按程序组织企业内部的内审，确保纠正措施的贯彻实施。
10. Decision on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products
对退货，不合格药品，召回药品或假冒伪劣药品的裁决。
11. Organization of qualification/validation as well as calibration activities.
组织验证校验相关设施设备。
12. System to investigate Deviation/Complaints and to manage CAPA
对偏差及投诉的调查，管理CAPA的实施。
13. Change Control management system
变更控制系统的实施。

Experiences Desired
相关工作经验要求
1. Have experiences in pharmaceutical supply industry quality management for more than 3 years.
