Purpose of the position
— To be accountable for all sites maintenance plan on electrical, electrical critical spare parts plan, sharing, and electrical trouble shooting in North Area.
Principal responsibilities
1. Safety
？ Ensure a safe environment for all Electrical maintenance activities on sites.
？ Execute all SHE&Q standards and procedure, including PTW and so on.
？ Assist to investigate/report Safety, Quality and Other loss accident/incident related to electrical and implement the agreed actions to improvement
？ Co-operate of Safety audit/PTW, and complete relevant action according to the agreed plan.
？ Report NA UC according to group’s requirements.
2. Annual maintenance plan
？ Assist maintenance manager to prepare annual plan on electrical against BOP and manage it.
？ Review electrical maintenance plan implementation monthly.
3. Electrical trouble shooting
？ Support local maintenance under the guidance of the maintenance manager.
4. Critical spare parts plan and implementation
？ Guide to assess critical spare parts on mechanical according to Linde Goup’s requirements.
？ Work out critical spare parts plan.
5. Coordinate spare parts sharing
？ Know Electrical spare parts store in each site well.
？ Coordinate and sharing the electricall spare parts.
6. CBM implementation
？ Finish CBM project on time according to Linde Group’s requirement.
？ Guide site to utilization CBM effectively.
7. Assist maintenance manager to review outsourced service review
？ Check outsourced electrical maintenance service contract.
？ Review outsourced electrical maintenance quality.
8. Complete other works from the maintenance manager

1. Well understanding of Linde operations BOP & initiatives, which are applicable for the Area
2. Good interpersonal skill.
3. Able to acquire new technical skills rapidly and work creatively to overcome technical challenges.
4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
5. Able to work in with other teams across Regions
6. Acceptable both writing and speaking English capability
Required qualifications/experience
1. Degree in electrical engineering discipline
2. At least 3 years experience with electrical operations and a management capacity
3. Familiar with electrical equipment management, maintenance and its development direction of industry gases business.
4. Good English skill both in written and spoken
