职位描述
Job Description:
Plan and execute projects to improve cost, yield, quality and productivity of products in his/her portfolio.
Perform qualification of product changes, wafer fab transfers, and new package release.
Analyze and resolve technical issues and challenges in Fab, Probe, Assembly, Test, and Design working closely with global product, design, wafer fab process, device engineering and manufacturing teams.
Support application & design engineering in resolving customer application issues.
Support the development and manufacturing of highly integrated processors.
Engage in New Product Introduction project
Qualification:
Degree or Masters in Electrical, Electronics
Knowledge on product yield & cost improvement and/or NPI start-up
Proven skills in failure analysis, test software programming, statistical analysis, VLSI design, and/or test methodology development
Knowledge of UNIX, Perl, C/C++, and assembly language programming is an added advantage
Knowledge & application of statistical process controls
Strong written and verbal communication skills
