Responsibility:




--Directly
reports to the department director and be responsible for the processing
techniques

--Cooperate with product engineering department for development of new products


--Update/Develop the standard SOP and train employees

--Analyses the defective products in the production process and take correction
and prevention measures

--Work with QA department to deal with customer complains

--Analyses the problems occured in the production process and solve them

--Constantly improve the production process quality and productivity

--Set up ISO system and check it






Required:

--Above college degree

--At least 2 years experience working in industry relating to glass

--Good communication skill both in English and Chinese

--Can skillfully use the common quality tools; master the method of on site
management and 5S skills
