DNV China Oil & Gas is responsible for the oil and gas market in China. With the exceptional growth of the Chinese economy, we are looking forward to expand our market share with the emphasis on offering more comprehensive DNV services to these industries. Currently we have close to 100 staff.

The Business Development Department of DNV China Oil & Gas is responsible for driving the growth of our business in China. Currently we are looking for a Business Development Leader (BDL) to develop our business in the western part of China. There are very good market potential, e.g. the huge oil exploration and production in Xinjiang, the Shale Gas Development in Sichuan...etc. The outlook for business growth in the West China is good.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the BDL will have the following responsibilities:
- Devise, implement and maintain the Business Development Plan for West China in accordance with the Regional Tactical Plan;
- Maintain and develop client portfolio for West China;
- Report regularly to the regional leadership team on Sales and Marketing results and efforts;
- Work with the regional teams to meet the relevant targets for West China;
- Work with the Marketing and Communication Manager to promote our brand through varies means;
- Undertake normal job expectations as shown in DNV's DMS for CSM and BDL

Qualifications
·Graduate level of education;
·10 years of relevant business-related experience and a proven track record;
·Good industry knowledge, and experience in relevant consulting services in Oil & Gas industry;
·Self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently with strong inter-personal and communication skills, to work with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
·Quick learner
·Fluent in both Chinese and English
