NNIT seeks a professional employee as On-site Support Consultant (Located in Beijing)
Team
NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks a professional employee as On-site Support Engineer. You will work as a group member to support a key customer.
Challenges
You will work on site of customer location to provide service on installation, move, addition, or change of PCs, printers, projectors, blackberry, scanners, telephone, and audio/video conference equipment and also client software/hardware support and troubleshooting.
In your daily work, NNIT processes of Incident/request handle, escalate, follow up should always be in your mindset.
Working hours is from 9:00- 17:30.
Developmen
We will invest on your professional and personal development. So you will take training on the technology related with your business field, also on English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.Qualifications
Official university education with more than 2 years’ working experience. The position requires good knowledge on IT and experience of on-site customer support.
You need to have at least 2 years’ experience on IT service. Experience on IT service desk or on-site support is preferred. You need to have the skills of client hardware/software setup and trouble shooting.
Good Written and Oral English is needed when you should communicate in English as daily working language.
You should be able to work in a busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to practise on the daily work.
