Job description 工作职责

Lead sales team to achieve the sale target

Monitor sales team with good appearance and serve customer with high standards. Maintain brand image

Train sales team including product knowledge, selling skill, customer service and so on

Keep good communication with relative departments and carry out policies of company.

Make daily, weekly, monthly report as required.

Daily staff management including making shift schedule

领导销售团队完成公司制订的销售目标

按照公司的统一标准，督导全体店铺员工保持良好的外观形象及服务质量，维持品牌形象
培训员工的产品知识、销售技巧，服务质量等

与公司相关部门保持良好沟通

进行必要数据统计及报表制作

进行日常员工人事管理
良好的英文听说读写能力

Profile职位要求

Retail experience essential

A willingness to learn and improve
Good communication skills, team spirit/player

Computer skill including excel, word, outlook

Fluent English ability

具有店铺管理销售经验，有童装经验者优先

良好的沟通能力，及团队合作精神

熟练电脑操作包括WORD,EXCEL,OUTLOOK

良好的英文听说读写能力
