Job Description Summary :
? Drive Continuous Improvement in the application of Lean principles to achieve shop productivity and effectives of cell operation.
? Coordinate and facilitate process. improvements consistent with Corporate and Division level Policy Deployment Goals and Macro Plans.
? Provide Lean event consultancy such as lean training, plan and facilitate lean events.
? Perform the necessary follow-up actions to close out ''to-do'' actions after Lean Events.
? Apply lean principles and tools (including GLPDS), and Value Stream Mapping.
? Monitor and report lean implementation progress in operations and business processes.
? Manage all cell improvement / productivity activities.
? Facilitate cell standard work development and validation.
? Assist Cell in corrective action implementation.
? Responsible for time study of MRO activities and make improvements.
? To assist in designing and developing systems to manage and track industrial engineering activities.
? Apply and facilitate the use of Improvement Tools in process analysis and problem solving, including 5S, waste identification, establishing linkage & flow, developing Standard Work, visual controls and real time problem identification and resolution.

Basic Qualifications :
? Bachelor Degree, majored in Industrial, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
? Minimum 3 years of lean application experience in an aerospace MRO environment.
? Proven track record in process improvement and application of Lean tools.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio and Project skill.
? Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS).
? Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
? Good Time Management Skill
? Good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate persuasively with all levels of employees.
? Demonstrate and drives bias for action.
? Exhibit sharpness with follow through character.
? Clear thinking.
