Qualifications:
1. at least 10 years of experience with welted Goodyear workboots in the field of PE or QC.
2. Good spoken and written English is a must.
3. Hardworking and good teamwork.
4. Willing to work full time in Tianjin.

Job description:
1. working with Ariat PE on T4 and production trials to make sure all issues are fixed before production.
2. Reviewing all production materials before they are put into use.
3. Doing daily process control.
4. Reviewing completed boots/shoes tests on daily basis.
5. Doing final inspection on Ariat’s inspection policy and quality standards.
6. Working with planning to follow up on production schedules and deliveries.
7. Reporting to QC manager.
