岗位职责：

1、负责监控关键质量保证过程和活动，确保过程高效可控、产品稳定可靠；
2、负责指导和培训质量保证工程师团队，持续提高其专业性，并对其整体绩效负责；
3、负责审核相关检验规范、设备和工装需求、相关验证方案、验证报告和质量问题分析处理报告；
4、负责协调重大质量异常产品、顾客投诉的分析处理活动，组织分析原因，制定、协调处理措施并确保其有效性，并推动和监督完成分析处理报告；
5、负责顾客投诉统计分析，制定和推动改进计划和行动；
6、负责质量成本管理的相关工作，做成和发布质量成本分析报告；
7、其他安排的工作。


任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，机械、电子、自动化专业优先
2、熟悉APQP、FMEA、QFD、DOE、MSA、8D、QC手法等质量分析处理工具和技术并能实际运用；
3、5年以上机械、电子产品研发项目质量保证、质量控制、投诉处理工作经验；
4、具有丰富机械、电子产品质量问题分析处理经验和较高解决问题能力；
5、具备良好的团队管理能力、沟通能力、风险意识和责任意识，能承受较大工作压力。
6、英语良好，计算机熟练。
